Help!

Cleaned my car yesterday (as did what seemed like 99.9% of the bristol population!!) and there are what seems to be tiny green flecks of paint all over one side and on the roof. Now if i wash the panels down with thinners, i'll probably do untold damage, so what can i do??

It's going to my mates garage next week for a mop and a handglaze, will that get it off??
