Someone bump into my car at the carpark last Tuesday

Now I got the black mark off but how do I remove that cranks??

What stuff can I use??

What are "cranks"? Do you mean the scratches? Hard to tell how deep they are from the photo if so, that will determine what you can do to fix them. If not gone back to the metal, then you can use some cutting polish to fade them out, but the bare metal is exposed you will need a respray. To test, run your finger nail over them. If it catches in the gap, that is bad news basically, so fingers crossed.

sorry I mean cracks

it on the front driver side wing they are plastic not metal

Looks like it will need paint Giles.

Its cracked the laquer, base coat down to the primer by the looks of it - Dont think they will polish out

Looks as if the wing has flexed cracking just the paint, hard to tell just from a pic.
