oooo... I've only managed it once (with difficulty):
Remove the "aluminium" look bits, and undo the screws behind them.
Undo the screws holding the window vents in.
That's as far as I went (I only wanted to peek underneath).

as above remove the aluminium look plastic strips (just stick a knife or flat head screw driver under them and they pop off)
remove the torx screws and the screws holding the window vents in, then it should pop off (ive never done it but ive seen it done before)
one of my clips that holds it on broke and it doesnt sit on properly any more, ive heard that they are weak (was a renault monkey that done mine at a service because my clock backlight was fused)
