Baught an S reg clio and it has been Lowered but i dont know how much buy...is there away of telling

Ask someone with an orginal handbook what the height sould be as standard?

Jack the car up and see if you can find the manufacturer of the springs on them, and post a piccy. Im sure at least one person will have the same on here.

How low can u go with the clio??

80mm prob but id recon its 40mm or 30mm if its a subtle lowering or 60mm if it sits on the wheels tightly and 80mm if its slammed.

btw-the s reg 1.2 clios r not 16v, i have an s reg and its an 8v

dont know the wheels also need spacing

the lowest you can go with springs is 60mm
