Helpdesk Software

Am in need of some helpdesk software for like recording support problems from a client.

I need to be able to recieve emails and log them with unique support ticket ID's and the like.

Must be free and php based.

Clientexec is what we (me and jay) use Si - http://www.clientexec.com/newsite/wordpress/

Seen a couple of free solutions but they are awful. For this purpose it really is a case of you get what you pay for.

I've used Heat and Sunrise in the past and they're both s**t, sorry haven't got a recommendation for one to use.

Simmilar situation for my work.. I looked around for a decent solution for ages..


In the end I gave up and custom wrote my own system in PHP now it does exactly what I want it to
