hesitant throttle response and misfire

Been having quite annoying problem lately, on start up the car has a rough idle i know people say this is normal for 172/182 buts it was fine up to a couple of months ago. also when i pull away the cars throttle response it quite hesitant and has a misfire.

it drives fine, but when i slow down for other cars or to turn in it seems to misfire again,

so far the things i have done are

new injectors
new lambda
cleaned tdc
throttle body
map sensor

today i checked to see what condition the spark plug were in, they look ok, after i put the spark plugs back in i was listing to the engine and i could hear like arcing/spark sound coming from either the ht leads or coilpack, could this be causing the problems?

Last plug looks knackered, but it might be a bad picture.

Arching is bad and would definitely cause issues

i thought id update this, i changed the spark plug, ht leads and coilpack last week and now it seems to be fine

so must have been one of them
