Im 19, From Wales Butt! and i currently drive a clio 1.2 authentique - brilliant little cars for what they are, have loved owning it from day 1 its like a old loyal dog aha! Also wierdly takes a few 1.2 16v's a bit of a scare lol.
I am also a mechy engineer apprentice and im halfway through serving my time and here is where i may be able to help someone out, i can machine materials i have access to lathe's, milling machine's, borers, precision grinders and balancing equipment. If i have spare time i could prehaps do some little hobbles if anyone is interested or needs some help i will gladly put as much input in as i can.
My plans with the clio ive got atm:
Usual colour code, rs grill, lower, 172 or 182 wheels etc...
Not really looking to go to mad on it just want it to look clean and have a nice stance.
When i qualify i'll be looking to get a 172 (the dynamique looking ones for a sleeper) or a nice 182 to strip out fully overhaul the engine and have setup for track and fast road. That will be my little project on the side i am currently saving up as we speek so watch this space!
