They only timed the 0 - 60 mate, Ive still not had chance to get to Santa Pod. What with the crap weather and me not wanting to get out of bed on Sundays. Ill get there in the New Year some time and see what it does.

.....i did 15.2 at the pod this time last month with a saxo,my friend ran a flat 15 at elvington in summer, and were told standard 182s should do it 14.9ish?

were just wondering the difference really!

.....and the cup times?:D

Circa 14.3 - 14.7

  Abarth 500

My cup is standard and ran 14.650 a month or two ago.... :D

I thought that was good till I just read I should be aiming for 14.3

No need to apologise for having a Saxo lol.... the VTS is a well respected car, and only the most stubborn amongst us would not admit that its a cracking little motor. Its just the image..... What mods have you done to it btw?

I dont recall ever seeing a 182 1/4 mile, but I would expect 14.5/6 to be about the average. Although we have cups on here with chip and zorst that run 14.1 @ 98.....

The only times I can remember for standard Cups was Rich Ds.... he got a 14.5 but I cant remeber the terminal. Never seen a standard Williams go that fast.....

Fastest standard Mk2 172 was 14.6...:D

  172 Cup

Notice "Circa" or in other words approximately. Ive seen standard Cups run 14.5 and Ive seen unknown Cups run 14.3.

Im in no way stating these times were 100% accurate.

cars pretty much breather mods only, induction, 4 to 1, decat and magnex.

sometimes its stripped out with light wheels, sometimes its not!

depends on the weather!

  Fiat Coupe 20v turbo

Rich D did 14.5 with just a Viper and stripped out rear

Mac30l - did a 14.65 with totally standard IIRC

and

Chris Nic and Neil82cup have both run 14.1s with induction/exhaust/decat/r-sport ecu and stripped. IIRC
Oh and TimO has done a mailto:13.99@99mph">13.99@99mph with the above mods too!

14.6 for my 100% (when it was), standard Cup with 6k on the clock. Terminal was 97mph.

Neil and a couple of others will run 14.1 at 98mph with zorst, decat, chip, and filter.

must add that ma beast wasnt stripped, even had ma sub and amp in the boot when I ran that time. Done a few 14.6s odd, tons of 14.7s.
