Hi all,

Im Lionel and live in South Wales but i`m from London. I am 29 and run a company called 360 Motorsport where we build race and rally cars.

I`ve joined the forum as we have just taken in a Job which brings me to the forum which is a Clio cup car.

i hope some of you can help me as i am after a cylinder head for a F4a engine.


Also we are making a solid lifter kit and a different timing belt adjuster as the stock ones are one reason for these heads braking. would this be something people would buy ???
