hi people quick question just fit new suspension on my 182 should the mounts move

hi there just put some new shocks springs and mounts (everything) on the front of my 182 it came with 182 cup suspension, should the mounts be moving as i turn the steering wheel shorley thats wot the bearing should do if not what should i try :S
