just so that its hugging the wheels really, dont want it ridicously low!! not too harsh, it kills me as it is already with the cup kit on it! lol

Try the search function Sarah, you'll find this gets covered only every other day. There's no actual answer, it comes down to

- Budget
- How low
- Whether you want to be able to walk after 15 miles, or be stretchered away.

Well coilovers will take it low but will be a lot harsher ride than the cup standard :S

If u don't want too harsh but a little lower look into springs better than standard for handling yet not stupid and also cheaper :)

This is my Inferno on Eibach Sportline springs. Come highly recommended.

Apex springs will give you a lower stance but not as a good a ride supposedly (i've not tested a set) below:

Loving the 3rd clio but i think might be abit low for my liking, like how your clio is sitting tho :) have been thinkin of tintin the windows also but never new wot it would look like on the inferno orange but it looks pretty cool, i might just treat her to some tints too!! mines completely standard at the min apart from the pipercross viper induction kit!

heres a few pics

Yours look smart, good choice on the colour too you've bought the best one :)
Regarding the suspension Im happy with the Eibachs as its nicely lowered but still useable over speedbumps etc. Ive heard the apex springs can be crashy but I cant confirm this as Ive never been in a car with a set fitted so hopefully someone can shed some light.

totally the best colour! lol! nice to see not many people have our colour too, my car always gets a 'thumbs up' from other CS drivers :D!

hopefully people can advise what they are like then, will keep a note of the names and have a look! would idealy like it all done by FCS in June but we will see!

My 182 is running Apex springs, came on the car and i can confirm they are pretty crashy. The ride height is quite nice, a smidgen on the low side (bit rude boy) I might invest in some Eibach springs as per the recommendations above.
