Hi everyone!
Just got myself a 2002 black 1.2 5dr clio privilege with 81k on the clock! It's my first car so a whole new learning curve for me again, especially after not driving in 16 months! Will be doing a few subtle mods and just general cleaning up/ polishing of the car.

Not any pictures as of yet! Will be giving it a wash this weekend so will take some pictures then. More just subtle mods to be honest. Renault sport mats, heko deflectors, rear tint, rs grill, black front diamond, (maybe debadged at the back). The headlights need polishing, as well as a couple of scuffs on the bodywork and a small dent on the O/S/R door which hopefully wont be as obvious when the cars clean. This door also wont lock on central locking? It's either always open or always shut.

Hopefully in the future add a cup spoiler, 172 rear, 182 front but will see how we go first!

Sound like good plans!

The RS grill will definitely change the front! I'm not sure you can fully debadge your model. As far as I know, the 'Clio' badge is held in with pins. The 'Renault' part should just come off with a tar remover and a bit of fish wire though.

Where abouts is the dent on the O/S/R door? In the shut?

The dents right in the middle at the bottom. I also thought there was pins in the clio badge, will keep that! Are there any guides on LED's in footwells just so I can see a bit better as it's dark in there at night! You tagged the wrong louis by the way haha!

Woops!
When do you want the LED's to come on? Be on all the time? Only when the doors are open? Or are you planning to install a switch so you can manually turn them on and off?

Only when the doors open preferably but with a switch for power when i want them!

Does your model have courtesy lights in the doors? Alternatively, you could steal the supply from the reading light?

Here are some pictures of the Clio today after cleaning! Unfortunately the alarm went off the other night and ran the battery flat for some random reason hence the charging! Still needs polishing but yeah you get the idea. A couple of scuffs and the dent in the O/S/R door. Looks worse in photos than it is in real life as it's so low down!
