High Idle when cold?

Ok so my car sits around 2000 rpm when cold, this is getting very annoying I have replaced coil pack leads plugs plenum gaskets all injectors are sealed in correctly and one has been replaced, all started after an injector packed up anyone have any ideas, also put a new tb on it?

I think they all do it when cold, if you remap, that will solve the cold idle out as I did on mine using Fastchips RSTuner.
