highest 16v bhp

does anyone know what the highest recorded bhp on a 16v (pre 96) is?

Iv heard of a 300hp turbo (or was it super) charge and a few other 16V running with 250~270hp

i am on about the 1.8 there is not 2.0 16v is there? apart from williams

hurmm turbo sounds good

Depends which RR your on but around the 170 mark without the aid of forced induction or Nos.
