alot of people dont do it i guess becuase of the health and safety like Fred said

As said nothing new and a great idea, had this in Higher Openshaw Manchester in the mid 80's they had 6 ramps and 2 spray bays with mechanics and sprayers available if you needed them for a little extra cost, used to take the MK1/2 Escort there.

I could'nt say TBH as they have been gone a long while, I think the original problem was it became that busy they could'nt cope with demand.
