Hit a wall...

with trying to fit the rs grill.

Tried the method without removing the bumper and ended up snapping a few bits of plastic on the normal grill.

Tried removing the bumper using the tutorial and cant get it off, it says something about pulling the wheel arch liner back and finding a bolt. I cant seem to pull it back even after taking out the screw.

Any walkthrough advice or someone local that wouldn't mind doing it for me?

Why are you taking the bumper off?

Remove the plastic screws on the top.

Look at the new grille for a rough guide on where the clips are, and then just use your fingers to unclip and push grill towards engine. Go all the way round. Easy.

I read that it was easier to take the bumper off.

I cant seem to get the clips off, I did try. I think 6 year old plastic is a bit brittle

butcher the old one off, and fit the new one carfully,

thats what ive always done!!

Remove the 2 plastic rivet type things at the top each side, then start from each side, unclip and work into the middle where the diamond is, then from the other side back to the diamond area.

this really isnt happening, snapped so much of the original grill.

do you pull the clips up or down or what?

You dont go up or down, you push it back from the front.

Slap with the hand should push the grill out.

It's so stubborn. Got the one removed from above the diamond. The others just will not budge away from the bumper

Finally got it off by pushing down on the clips whilst pushing in on the grill

Lol! I did try everything. It was so stiff it was unreal. Completley buggered the old one. It's hardly attatched to anything now. Took pliers to the bottom clips so I had more space for my arm
