Holesaw question.

I am after some holesaw advice. How many can you safely have in and around the rear door card/ boot area?

Pics in my progress thread. I didn't go crazy but if you plan them out you can get a fair few in.

Burpspeed also have lots in theres!

If you flare the hole after sawing it, I believe it gives better structural rigidity.

Cut a 50mm hole, get a 70mm pool ball or metal ball or similar, put on hole, hit with hammer. Cheap flaring.

Yes mate, I've had a look at yours at Lewis Taylor's, and have seen Burpspeeds RC a few times in the metal now. I just don't want to make to many holes and weaken something

Lewis purchased that and let me borrow it It does make it strong and and doesnt look quiet as pikey imo.
