Just bumping this as after 20 plus years with VM their customer service is gash and now have to pay for emails which they have ballsed up I am leaving.
Looking at EE, Sky or BT fibre what do you have and how's it working out ?

Check if you can get Trooli where you are. Im with them and they're spot on. Im currently on a 900/900 package at about £35 a month which is far cheaper than most!

Usually get a decent gift card as a kick back, and also double that up with a Quidco/Topcashback.

Im EE fibre 200 i think it is, they set it all up but you need to call for a good deal, wont get a good one online
