Home cinema - Amp for HD audio

Going to buy a new amp in the near future and want to take advantage of the new HD audio formats coming out (applicable to the ps3 mainly). What do i need to look out for and any suggestions? (budget ~£600)

^That doesnt appear to do Dolby true HD or am i missing something :s also i have a PS3 and a proper HD screen so id really like a 1080p compatable machine, i believe HDMI 1.3 is required as a minimum too.

And to be honest id rather spend the 4k difference on other things

Ill try and find some reviews but tbh it comes down to weather I like the sound so ill demo one without prejudice, spec's v.good

a while ago i went into seven oaks hi-fi and they had a surround amp 4.5k
was amazing 125w rms per channel (5 channel)

but couldnt find it on there site, so posted that one lol

Just checked Sony's new amp range, doesn't look like they do the new HD audio's

Looks like other Onkyo models out with 1.3, maybe check these out, the SR605 for £400 ?

onkyo as mentioned, few new sony ones out too

the audio can be true hd from the player outs aswell
