Home Entertainment advice - adding internet radio / grooveshark

I'm a bit of a newb with home entertainment stuff.

My setup is:

LCD TV
Upscaling DVD player
Sky HD
XBOX 360

I use a Logitech Harmony control.

I don't have a working hifi and was thinking of getting some sort of tablet pc and speakers in order to play a stream from say spotify or grooveshark without the need to turn my laptop on.

I have considered an o2 Joggler and hacking it to run android or ubuntu and getting some good speakers to play through.

Any suggestions? Don't have an ipod but have an mp3 player so aux in would be good too.

Budget aint high, maybe £150

I have a Squeezebox Boom and Radio which I use to stream unlimited Napster music with for £5 per month.
