Fair point, I reply to 99% percent of any email queries I get as you never know of it'll lead to a sale.
I don't like phoning as I always seem to get Arthur Daily or some crack head on the phone!
Imagine what reply I would have got on the phone with this guy?

I usually email questions so it's documented and I can refer back to things... otherwise I always forget or lose notes I've written!

Don't take it personally mate, if anything I'd just laugh at it.

Or email back a picture of a big **** and balls.
