Horn not working

Hi all.

Clio 172 ph2. Currently got an OMP steering wheel and horn button, horn has been working fine since i fitted the steering wheel months ago.

Had the front bumper off last weekend and i went to use the horn today for the first time and its not working. I checked all the wires going to the steering wheel and everything is still connected up etc.

Any ideas?

Have you checked the fuse yet?

You checked the horn is still connected ?

Ill need to check the wirig on the horn itself. I dont have a multimeter no.

And no Fletcher, stupidly didnt even think of that yesterday! Ill check that when j get home from work.

Check horn connections, may have either a loose or bad connection. I had this, quick clean and job was a good one

On the horn itself aye? Ill have a look when i get home. Hopefully its a simple fix and not needinf replaced!

Mine was connectors bit rusty just takes a good clean up I used copper grease work's good now

Took the bumper off at the one side and checked the wires, everything was connected and fuse was fine, checked the horn again and it works now

I hit mine with a hammer, that worked.
