Horrid noise

Car  Clio 182
Please tell me this isn’t the dreaded dephaser pulley?
Any advice would be ouch appreciated.

The guy I bought it off said he did it last year with the correct Renault tools and oe parts.
I got it from a guy off of here seemed genuine guy to me.
 
If its not the dephaser it might be the water pump? When I had a full belt service at Diamond motors about 6 years ago my water pump was knackered and rattling its tits off. The cheeky f*****s at Renault who'd previously done the belts etc..... had used a none genuine pump. It had only done 28k miles o_O
 
Doesn't sound like the usual dephaser rattle these get. It's more of a soft diesel sound not a gargling tappy sound like you have. Yours sounds more metallic
 
Sounds like a something is loose or a pulley seizing. Hard to hear where it’s coming from in the video, but I’d guess water pump, power steering pump or tensioner.
