1] Buy a 172.

2] Make it go faster.

or even just buy a 1.4 16V much better then 1.2 and no you would need £1000s to do it.

I enquired about turboing a 1.2 with a well known, very helpful tuning company. It can be done, but you are going to need custom parts which bump up the price, I got quoted £12k, to get about 120bhp out of the 1.2 8v engine lol.

You are NOT going to viably make the 1.2 16v fast, without an engine transplant. Simple as.

It can be done, anything can be with money, but you will spend a huge amount and it wont be faster than a 172!

You told me on MSN, you are quite rich and have a new shape Range Rover and a Subaru? Why did you feel a 1.2 16v Clio Campus would fit well within your garage?

Your 17 i believe, where do you get your money from?

give me £3.5-£4 grand and drive away...........otherwise there is alot of engineering to do.

Most people who want to do it cheap and can do it themselves dont ask on forums.
