How could this happen to my bonnet?

Hello guys so today I woke up and looked at my car like everyone does and I noticed something happened to my bonnet I purchased a brand new bonnet on eBay without paint and I got it sprayed to my cars colour code like 1 month ago and today it looks like the paint has came off I don't know how to describe this someone help me and suggest me what I should do I hate having scratches / dents on my car This is the image https://gyazo.com/68247b38a7ef3570bca91f4aa4a209bb

I think your statement has hit the nail on the head. He's a " Mechanic " not a Paint Sprayer. As others have said . Just looks like a poor job all round .

Your pics aren't the best to be honest . What's the rest of the bonnet look like ? Don't explain anything to him , take it to him and show him. I'm guessing he did it on the cheap , being a family friend ? You might have to bite the bullet and pay for a proper job at a decent body shop.

I said it was a sh1t job, no need to split hairs.

On my phone with such a close up picture, to me it looked like filler. If its a build up of paint then its even more of a sh1t job.
