Not sure how good those springs are to be honest, if they're decent enough quality then yea its worth it, but I dont know much about springs

can always ebay it again mate if you dont like it, theyre ment to be good for normal use too, not gettng a sore arse all the time lol. Where are you getting them fitted ?

yeah youll probably kill yourself if you dont. Looking at between £50 and £100 for a decent pair. theres guides on the net somewhere, youll need an axel stand or 2 as well (i think theyre called that). Its not hard as such, but itll take a while.

rubbish.

hand held spring compressors are £10 from halfords, and not vital but highly recommended.
