how do i fit new sidelights to my 182

just got some new sidelights for my 182 how do u fit them had a qucik look and thers a big rubber pad so cant see the side light how do i fit them

remove rubber pad , disconnect wires , quarter turn to pull out ....

use two small, thin screw drivers and put them into the two gaps top and bottom of the light. Ease the light off being very careful, turn a quarter and pull out. Unplug the light, plug in your new one, test before pushing back into recess! bingo!
