How do I get my android to work on my USB car head unit

I want to use my phone on my car's head unit but can't get it to work! I've tried looking on YouTube but am lost! My phone's a 1 plus and Android system! In the pic is all I can find but nothing works

Does it say N/A USB? Mine wont work with android, but it'll work with my apple stuff.

Yeah it says n/a and something else alone them lines and ! My iPhone 6 worked great had no issues all I did was plug that in and it would work

Yeah won't work then I'm afraid. I'm not entirely sure why, might be an app you can use? Doubt it though

It won't work unless the head unit supports MTP as far as I know.
