How Do I get this off!

This black thing on the back of a phase 3 head light, think it does the height adjust... if I can get it out I can remove the light...

two yellow circles, push 'em flat, push the way the yellow arrow is facing a few mm, then the other way to pop it open... cant remember if they have two on the other side too...

just did that lol, takes the top off and reveals the circuits etc lol put that back on carefully!
