How do I remove my interior dash trim?

I'm looking to take off the dash trim in my Mk2 clio to give it a coat of paint as it's looking a little tatty. I just want to make it look new, so if anyone knows the colour code for the 'aluminium' paint it would help, otherwise I can just get the nearest colour to it as I'll be doing all of the trim.

i don't think there is a code mate - i would just pop down halfords and pick the nearest looking ratlle can.

Or send it me and choose the colour you want (Can match car if you like, just done a set for "bassplayer", pictures to follow tonight, looks great with decals.)

No code to it mate just use silver or colour code it and they just pull off
