How do I remove the hoses from the heater

I assume I just squeeze the plastic bit at the sides and pull like f**k.

They don't seem to want to budge any tips anyone?

If these are the ones i think, i spent nearly 3 hours trying to get those off my 172, carefully sawed them off in the end.

I just stumbled upon a picture of how to do it in the manual.

Squeeze, push in (you hear a click) then pullout dead easy lol.

Saw was ready and waiting.

I tried everything, they wouldn't come off at all.

Mine wouldnt come off, Ive read and saw the pic in the haynes manual about how you squeeze the tabs and pull off. In the end I had to butcher mine. The whole part needs removing from the pipes to fit samcos.

yep thats pretty much what mine looked like after, was a c**t of a job, was easy apart from that bit!
