How do I remove the rear bump strips?

One of mine has fallen off and I couldnt get it back on think its bent a bit so was going to get a new one, how do they come off/ re-attach?

on the rear quarter or rear bumper? bumpers are pushed in (although i thought on the mk 1's they was all part of the bumper? rear quarter moulding is held on by 4 plastic clips

Rear quarter, So you just pull it off or? :S

push the actual moulding towards the door (with the door open), and itll pop off and leave 4 clips, turn the clips 90 degrees and theyll come out of the hole

to refit, slide the clips onto the moulding and push it onto the quarter
