how do i remover front seat

i want to swap the front seats over including the runners, ive seen the bolts and there completly round????? these are on the runners, how do i take em off, is there a guide?

5 bolt join the seat to the runners 2 on the door side 3 on the lever side.....the runners are bolted through the chassis with 4 bolts, under the car these are covered with caps remove the cap access the bolt............

thanks for all the info anyway, if i may do it tommz, just seen the bolt covers under the car, if i do them is it just the case of lifting the chair out?

yep, and unpluging the wires (be careful as the seats are HEAVY)

what the wires for? is it the same on both sides?

swap what?? the seats? you can't put the passenger seat on the drivers side, impossible

yeah, the airbags are on the outsides of the seats. I suppose an airbag between you and your passenger could be useful...
