how do i use paintshop pro???

hi guy i realy like wot u lot can do on paintshop pro, how do i make the background in black and white and the car in colour i think it looks great. i have paint shop pro 9

I'd like to know this too, just got my hands on Paint Shop pro X2

select around the edges of the car with the lasso tool and then invert selection so the background is selected, add a black and white filter to the selected area.
