How do I?

My car is cutting out and I think it is caused by some of the following.

Lambda Sensor
IAC Valve
Coil Pack Wire Loom
Throttle body

Can anyone give me a bit of advice as to how to check these and sort them if necessary.

Also an idea of how difficult this is would be appreciated.

Buy a Haynes manual mate, aslong as you can read, it wont be that difficult...

I cant get a Haynes specifically for my car and the engine (1.2 16V) does vary significantly from those shown in the Haynes manual.
