How do I remove the black plastic trim on my car i.e. on the wing mirrors and the bars along the side of the doors and rear quarter? I want to spray them satin black. I have the Adhesion Promoter and paint.

That explains the side strips, not sure about the mirrors...

Mirrors are clipped on from behind the glass. It's often easier to remove the glass first then unclip them.
