How do u access headlamp washers?

My o/s headlamp washers not working. How do I access it please?

Bumper off I'm afraid.

About 3 t20 (?) torx on the underneath of each arch liner to the front bumper. 2 12mm (?) Hex heads holding plastic under tray onto sub frame (?). 1x 12mm bolt just inside the wheel arch fastening bumper to wing/chassis. Open bonnet, two bolts on upper grill. Bumper off slightly. Disconnect fog lights if you want a proper look.

Headlight washers are a single nut. About £12 new from Renault.

All 10mm bolts, t20 torx, and clips on top of the grill.

Yep, since last year. I did a full refurb on mine before my last MOT. So that was new: washers, pump and piping. I also cleaned out the washer bottle as it was full of crap.

I don't have xenons though does it still fail?

It's a 172 with normal lights and hid conversion.

Might fail because HIDs are on dodgy ground legally:

If it's fitted - it must work. Depending on what mood your MOT guy/girl is in

Mine failed on a washer this year
