its got an alarm, just dont want an import.... gonna cost me more to insure

Pmsl ^^^^

Who told ya that ? I'm on my second import and its the same to insure as a UK car . They are exactly the same car , made in the same factory . Only difference being , no locking wheel nuts ( big wow ) , no alarm ( get a better after market alarm with a lifetime warranty ) Renault alarms are Cobra's with 18 months warranty and they seem to go titsup frequently from some posts i've read on here . If you bought it from new you got full 3 years warranty and AA Assistance same as a UK car ( with the exception of Dutch imports and cars destined for Cyprus )

If you phone Renault UK give em the VIN number they will tell you if its an import .
