How do you change a fuel filter?

I have a 2002 1.4 16v

Just had a small service but this wasn't changed. Thought I'd do it myself. Is it easy?

Just done some research and realised that you don't need to change these until way over 100k miles....

Its expensive to chnage and good for 150k officaily.
