How Do you Remove Rear Bumper?

Easy.

Two bolts under neath, two bolts on the top of the bumper, where the black insert is, u will see it when you open the boot.

Then for the sides, take off the rear arch liners, to revel 2 bolts on each side.

Jobs done.

Are the rear arch liners hard to remove?

No, just a screw and a bolt iirc.

Its a mucky job, but easy. But i wouldn't suggest to do it in a very cold brisky day!!!! Your hands will be numb as hell!
