How do you remove/replace speakers!?

Speakers were/are crackling so I tried new head unit and it isn't that.

It seems like its the dash tweeters. How the frig do you get em out to check the connections though or replace them!?

You don't have to take the dash out all the time.
The grille's on top of the dash twist, and then lift out. Then if you've got small fingers gives you access to the tweeters underneath.
