How does the V6 rear mat fit?

When I bought the car the rear mat was just lying in the back but how do you fit it?
Does it go underneath the black casing where the V6 no sticker is or over the top

V6 doesn't have a rear mat, although Renault supplied them they're not ment to fit anywhere!! Strange but true.

Oh, and they got the message towards the end of the production run, as my last vee (no. 339) didn't come with a rear mat, although the previous 2 vee's did:S

Thanks again Steve. Spent ages trying to work it out, even tried threading underneath the centre bit
