How Easy Is It To Remove

How Easy is it to take out the Heater Control Panel from a 182 Trophy.
Where do i get into it and will the clips burst if forced ?

Its the exact same one as in the picture below

Removing the cable clips and plug from the back is probably the hardest part.

Actually, scratch that, the hardest bit is removing one of the trim "wings" as the clips normally break.
