  Audi TT 3.2 V6
maybe its a diff car...whilst dual fuel is rare in a car such as a 172/182...its not unique

so cant someone on here check the hpi report online? would be a shame to let it go to some unknowning person! i sure would like to spend that sort of money to find out its stolen

I can understand people buying a tdi.
I can understand people buying a 4.6 X5

But ive never understood why people want to combine the two

He wanted a 172 hot hatch but wanted half price fuel with the only loss that it weight a little more with a tank in the boot. Sounds ideal to me the money you could save stick on engine tunning and go quicker than a normal weight Cup.

Really. I assumed the engine would perform differently. Still weird
Nope not realy a few Hp loss maybe nothing much nooen could tell realy.
LOL! What a plank! LPG on a cup!
Why? OK the weight will be canceleled maybe he wanted cheap fuel running cost 30mpg in a 172 is like 75in one with LPG just think how much you'd save. If I did a transplant for a 172/182 I'd so the same.

40p a liter just think.

^ If you want MPG buy a diesel! LPG is rubbish too.

sweeping statement.....

LPG removes some of the downsides of diesel, notably being the noise of the engine, the short rev range and also LPG is simpler...

Rev range isn't the problem you can rev a diesel just like a petrol just the internals need to be stong as due to the compression ratios diesel need to work.

To put it into prespective a petrol to run the same sort of pressures its like a 172 on stock compression ratio running 2.5 bar boost (37lb) (and thats just a dci 65) imagine how hard the bottom end would have to be to surive lower the rpm (which is the real killer) and there no problem.

172hp Renault sport with diesel mpg sounds good to me.

I was aware of that there just arent msny high revving diesel engines and the constant gear changing gets annoying.

Think of the fuel saving though.#

I run mine to near on 5k all the time saves gear chnges 2nd to 5th ideal.

I console myself with the money it makes me....

to be honest by biggest annoyance is the seat. When you do 1k a week, you start realise just how bad the seats are...

amazingly its been (touch wood) very reliable for a renault.. lol. I am about to buy two tyres and thats all its cost me in the first 10k that ive done in it.

I tell you, I get tingling in my right thigh after a few hours... i have contemplated buying a recaro treadline just for the drivers seat!
