How is the Clio 200 on the motorway?

No, it isn't. 80 mph is 4k rpm, 70 mph is more like 3.5k rpm.

I'm probably in a good position to answer this. Just done 1,500 miles in my cupped 200 over 4 days.
Do yourself a favour and avoid the cup sus, it's bloody awful.
Averaged 29mpg over the whole trip. Mixed speeds. Did get from Bournemouth to Carlisle on a single tank. It's how you drive it really.
Not the worst car for distance, try a chevvy matiz for comparison!
