How light for a Williams

Has anyone any idea how light a Williams could be made?

Im thinking of trying to get it under 750kgs

It doesnt have to be road legal but Id prefere to keep lights in place.

Getting it down to 850kg is fairly easy but anymore than that is going pretty hardcore such as replacing glass, panels, wheels etc..
