How low can I go?

  Renault meggy
I want to get my 2003 Clio 1.2 16v lowered but I don't know how low I can go. I have 17" alloys on it so I'm not sure how low it is able to go.

Anyone else got 17's and had their car lowered? If so how much did you have it lowered?

Also, can anyone recommend some springs?

Thanks,
Hixxey

Is that a good one to go for?

I have just had to pay £400 excess to get my car fixed because a truck scraped all down one side and he isn't taking responsibility so I am hoping when I win the claim I will get the £400 back and then buy the lowering kit.

I have no idea how long it will take though. My insurance said we might have to take him to count (which is why I want to pay the £400 excess so I'm not waiting around not being able to use my car).

What kinda problems do you get with the 60 drop kit? Is it practical for every day use or does it scrape on everything?
