How Low?

Hi all,
Im getting my FK Coilovers Fitted tomorrow and the mechanic that is doing them has asked me how low i want it.
I can have a look and adjust with him once on but he wants to know a base mm to drop it by initially?
I have 17's on and its a Phase 2 172.
Will i get away with 50mm rear and 45mm front or should i go with an even amount all round... suggestions please?!

ive gone 70mm on my 17's no rubbing at all

If the offset is right you can go all the way down to 70-80mm

also is the ride pretty hard on 70mm?
