How many hours labour should it take to change 2 handbrake cables on a 172???

It's a horrible job to do(on the ground anyway) but that seems massively excessive only took me 2.5 hours to do at home and mine was seized

Did mine on the drive at home using a trolley jack and axle stands.
Took me no more than two hours max.
