How many poeple are giong FCS that dont really know anybody?

Im really tempted to go FCS but of course not been here too long so don't really know anybody on here. What is the general scheme of things that happen, like any club events and the sort? Do you just park your car on the stand and bugger off and do your own thing around etc? I just aint got a clue to be honest

Your best bet is to go to a few of your local meets so you can get to know people there, then go to FCS with them, that way you won't feel alone.
People will probably go & look round the cars together, so if you go with people you know you'll be sorted.
Just talk to the others when you meet them on the stand etc.

Just go up to people and introduce yourself. It's hard when you're shy, but research people's cars on here first, in the media section, and then look out for them in particular when you get there.

Most people I've met from CS so far are bloody nice blokes / lasses.

To be honest with you though im not a shy person at all - always the first person on the dancefloor without any beers and the like, I just think I might feel a bit uncomfortable on on my todd :lol: - and if I did go but not put ym car on the stand id feel like im missing out too

i dont realy know any1 i only know about 5 people on hear because they live near me, ask people on hear if they live near you and see if they fancy travaling down there with you, it is best to order your tickets now and not get them when you get there because you might not be able to get on the stands with the rest of them

i didnt know anyone at my 1st i went to in 2003 but it helps if u can get in on a convoy and stay in the same hotel as a few others

Aye, join a convoy on the way there the day before, stay in the same hotel and go out and get drunk... oh, and it's probably best you get to know the SW lot, because they're the nicest.

I went to FCS last year an walkd upto who i believe is pootle and came out with the daft line of " hi im john" then mumbbled that i wantd to pay membership then i could not remember my fooking id an then a friend saved me and i dis-appeard.
Then at traxx i went with a diff forum and thourght id go say hello an got there didnt know a single person went said hello and what line did i come out with "Is this the regular cliosport stand then" durr... yea mate.
All that is why i startd making meets for people in the east and south east of the midlands area.

whats the best way to put my name down for the FCS do you just order your ticket and turn up.

Order your ticket on the french car show site, it will have a box that asks what club you are going with. Put cliosport.

Then go to the french car show section on here, and add your name to the list of fcs attendee's, so emma knows you're coming.
